The first step in a three stage process is for us to assess your needs!

To ensure we can offer you services that are truly aligned to your organisations needs, we always carry out a free one hour needs analysis. The initial consultation takes place with the person responsible for the Learning and Development project and will allow us to ensure that you are happy with our approach and help us develop an initial understanding of your business, issues and plans for development.

Following the needs analysis, we can carry out a number of assessments on your business and your team to see where the next step – development – needs to focus.
